Press Shop

We have state of the art Shearing and Bending presses for captive consumption to cut and bend steel sheets as per the process requirements for containers. We also have all in-house logistical equipment like EOT cranes for internal movement of heavy steel products like cut sheets  etc

Shotblasting

Shotblasting is an essential operation in the container manufacturing as all steel has to be Shotblasted as per SA 2.5 standards followed by immediate Primer application to avoid rusting of the steel. We have in-house Shot blasting facility for this extremely essential process.

Sub assemblies

Accurate dimensions of sub-assemblies like side panels, roof, and base are crucial for the final container dimensions, ensured by dedicated jigs and fixtures used in production. Quality of each sub-assembly is rigorously monitored, and an automated welding system provides high-quality welds for the side panels.

Boxing

We have dedicated hydraulic Boxing Jig for proper boxing of the 20/40 ft containers based on assembly of each sub assembly in the boxing jig. The boxing jig is equipped with required quality parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy

Full welding

The container needs to be fully welded after boxing to ensure required strength with zero leakage. We have dedicated welding machines from reputed manufacturers for trouble free and quality welding. All these machines are periodically checked for all required parameters like current , voltage etc.

Painting

Painting is extremely important for rough and tough product like container. We have fully equipped Painting booth for closed painting of upto 50 ft container under controlled conditions in a dust free environment with suitable exhaust fan arrangement.

Finishing

There is a dedicated area for completion of finishing operations such as Gasket fixation or plywood fixation after painting of the container. All required quality parameters are in place for the finishing operations.

Testing as per ISO standards

The containers after production,  especially ISO containers, need to be tested as per ISO 1496 standards for intermodal transportation. We have dedicated Testing Jig in the plant to ensure all tests as required are done in-house. We have trained in-house staff to test the container for the required parameters on the Testing jig.

Inspection

The containers are finally checked for visual , dimensional accuracy and water proof requirement before any container is cleared for dispatch.

Dispatch

Containers are dispatched to the customer's specified destination. This process ensures timely and efficient delivery, aligning with the customer's logistical requirements.
